On Tuesday 13th May 2025, we were delighted to welcome the Singing for Pleasure Group, which normally meets at AFC alternate Fridays, to LunchBreak when they gave a celebratory concert for VE Day 80.
The choir sang war time songs and invited the audience to join in.
Many people shared stories afterwards of their recollection of VE Day 80 years ago.
Our thanks for the Singing for Pleasure group for such a lovely lunchtime recital. Music really does bring people together.
