On a glorious early summer Sunday afternoon the Eco Team from AFC hosted a picnic at Boug's Meadow in Great Missenden.
After the Morning Service and coffee, 21 of us drove over to the meadow and enjoyed fellowship and food in wonderful sunshine. The Eco Team had been busy preparing sandwiches and cakes, and arranging a quiz. The meadow is looked after by a local wildlife partnership and is lovingly cared for so as to provide both a sustainable habitat for insects and animals alongside providing a place of peace and traquility for us human visitors. We particularly noted that the chalk stream, dried up on last year's visit. is now flowing clear and strong.
